40A:4-55.5.Ā Approval and filing of ordinance or resolution
No such ordinance or resolution shall be valid unless it is approved by theĀ Local Government Board and a copy thereof shall be filed forthwith after it isĀ adopted with the Director of the Division of Local Government in the DepartmentĀ of the Treasury for that purpose.
