40A:5-14.1.Ā  Rules and regulations The Division of Local Government Services shall adopt rules and regulationsĀ  to implement this act.Ā  The division may provide for a grace period of time toĀ  permit local administrators flexibility in transferring funds between accountsĀ  and for variances from the rules and regulations for the handling of smallĀ  amounts of money as defined by the division.
