40A:5-21.Ā Petty cash fund of local unit
A local unit may establish a petty cash fund upon written application to andĀ after approval by the director.Ā All matters relating to the establishment,Ā account, repayment and discontinuance of such fund shall be in the discretionĀ of the director, who shall promulgate reasonable rules and regulations inĀ respect thereto.
