40A:5-28.Ā Duty of officers and employees of local unit
Every officer and employee of a local unit, which is the subject of a summary investigation as provided in this chapter, shall obey all orders of theĀ judge and shall facilitate the conduct of the said investigation.Ā A refusal orĀ failure to obey such orders or an intentional failure to facilitate the conductĀ of the investigation may be punished by the judge as for contempt.
