40A:9-140.16. Regulations The director is authorized to adopt, in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), such regulations, forms and procedures as may be necessary to carry out the terms of this act.
