40:11A-25.Ā Validity of chapter
Notwithstanding any other evidence of legislative intent, it is hereby declared to be the controlling legislative intent that if any provision of thisĀ chapter, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is heldĀ invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application of such provision toĀ persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid, shallĀ not be affected thereby.
