40:14B-41.Ā Interest on unpaid service charges
In the event that a service charge of any municipal authority with regard toĀ any parcel of real property shall not be paid as and when due, interest shallĀ accrue and be due to the municipal authority on the unpaid balance at the rateĀ of 1Ā 1/2Ā % per month until such service charge, and the interest thereon,Ā shall be fully paid to the municipal authority.
