L.1935, c. 135, p. 347 entitledĀ "An act concerning the payment of past dueĀ water service charges of fire districts in townships of this state," approvedĀ March twenty-sixth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, saved fromĀ repeal.Ā [This act provides for the payment by township fire districts ofĀ arrearages for water service where such arrearages existed before 1935. ItĀ provides the rate of interest, maturity dates and amount of the annual installments for amortization.]
