The proposed resolution shall prescribe the method of location, arrangement,Ā installation and use of the wires and appliances, and shall fix the powers andĀ duties of the inspector thereof, as the board shall from time to time deemĀ necessary for the protection of life and property, and fix fees for eachĀ inspection not exceeding ten dollars.
