40:23-5.3.Ā Appropriation
The board of chosen freeholders is authorized to appropriate, at its discretion, in any authorized manner, sufficient money to permit the activitiesĀ and functions authorized by this act, including the engagement of staff andĀ consultants, office space, equipment, supplies and other facilities required.
