40:23-6.2.Ā Camp for undernourished and underprivileged children; commission or board
When the board of chosen freeholders has determined to establish a camp forĀ undernourished and underprivileged children of the county and has acquired aĀ site therefor and has awarded contracts for the necessary buildings andĀ improvements thereon, or has resolved to maintain, establish a camp forĀ undernourished and underprivileged children of the county, as provided in thisĀ chapter, a commission or board shall be constituted and appointed.
