40:23-6.25.Ā Payment of costs of surplus food distribution by board of freeholders
Nothing in this act shall be construed as requiring, in the absence of any such contract, any such board of chosen freeholders to pay any part of the costĀ of the distribution of such Federal surplus food commodities to such persons onĀ the rolls of the county welfare board.
