The board of chosen freeholders of any county or county park commission may,Ā by resolution, make available any lands owned or leased by said county orĀ county park commission, or otherwise under its control, to be used as trainingĀ grounds for paid, part-paid or volunteer fire companies and for policeĀ departments and forces located in any municipality or fire district in suchĀ county or adjoining counties.
