40:23-6.7.Ā Powers and duties of board of managers
The board of managers of the camp shall have charge of all matters relatingĀ to the government, discipline, contracts, and fiscal concerns of the camp, andĀ shall make such rules and regulations as may be necessary for carrying out theĀ purposes of the camp.
