40:23-8.13.Ā County firemen's association;Ā contribution
The board of chosen freeholders of any county may contribute to a county firemen's association within the county a sum not to exceed $25,000.00 in any 1Ā year for the operation of an emergency operating control center to serve theĀ entire county for the better preservation of life and property against fire orĀ any other type of emergency.
