40:33-13.8.Ā Organization of board;Ā officers;Ā term of office
The board of trustees shall organize annually and elect, from among its members, a president and vice-president.Ā It shall also appoint a treasurer andĀ secretary.Ā The treasurer may be treasurer of one of the participating counties.Ā All officers shall serve for 1 year and until their successors are elected.
