40:37A-100.Ā Solid waste disposal systems;Ā applicability of Solid Waste Management Act
Any solid waste disposal system operated by a county improvement authority shall be subject to the provisions of theĀ "Solid Waste Management Act (1970)" (P.L.1970, c. 39, C. 13:1E-1 et seq.), and to any rules and regulations adoptedĀ thereunder by the State Department of Environmental Protection.
