40:37A-135.Ā Severability
If any clause, sentence, subdivision, paragraph, section or part of this actĀ be adjudged to be unconstitutional or invalid, such judgment shall not affect,Ā impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in itsĀ operation to the clause, sentence, subdivision, paragraph, section or partĀ thereof directly involved in the controversy in which said judgment shall haveĀ been rendered.
