40:37-100.Ā Powers of other park commissioners cease on appointment of commissioners
Upon the appointment of commissioners in any county under sections 40:37-96Ā to 40:37-174 of this title the commissioners appointed in any such county underĀ section 40:37-21 of this title shall turn over to the board appointed underĀ said sections 40:37-96 to 40:37-174 all their maps, plans and other property,Ā and their powers shall terminate, except for the purpose of closing up theirĀ work.
