40:37-196.Ā Commissioners;Ā appointment, number and qualifications
In any county containing a population of less than two hundred thousand andĀ more than one hundred seventy-five thousand inhabitants, which is governed byĀ sections 40:37-195 to 40:37-247 of this title, the board of chosen freeholdersĀ shall appoint seven persons, not more than four of whom shall be of the sameĀ political party, to be known asĀ "the county park commission"Ā (inserting name of county).
