40:37-95.10c.Ā Ballots
Whenever the board of chosen freeholders of the county shall pass a resolution authorizing the submission of the question of the adoption or rejection of this act to the voters of the county, the county clerk shall causeĀ the question to be printed upon the sample and official ballots for the ensuingĀ general election, occurring not less than 40 days after the passage of theĀ resolution, the following:
If you favor the proposition printed below make a cross X, plus + or check / in the square opposite the wordĀ "Yes." If you are opposed thereto make a cross X, plus + or check / in the square opposite the wordĀ "No."
Shall the supplement toĀ "AnĀ act concerning
Yes. county parks, playgrounds, and recreation
places, andĀ supplementing chapter 37 of
Title 40 of the Revised Statutes"
(P.L.1966, c. ), providing for
No. the issuance of park bonds for land and
improvementsĀ not exceeding in the aggregate
the sum of $5,000,000.00 be adopted?
In any county in which voting machines are used, the question shall be placed upon the official ballots to be used upon the voting machines without the foregoing instruction to the voters and shall be voted upon by the use of such machines without marking as aforesaid.
