40:37-95.20.Ā Vacation of roadways and other ways
The commission may by a four-fifths vote and with the approval of the boardĀ of chosen freeholders of the county vacate or surrender any roadways, serviceĀ ways, bridle paths, footpaths, or other ways within any such park or parks orĀ other places.
