40:37-95.4.Ā Officers;Ā appointees;Ā term;Ā compensation
The commission shall annually choose from among its members a president andĀ vice-president, and shall elect a secretary and such other officers and appointĀ employees as it may deem necessary.Ā It shall also fix and determine theĀ compensation, term of office, duties and powers of its appointees and removeĀ them at pleasure and make all rules and regulations respecting the same.Ā TheĀ county treasurer shall be the treasurer of the commission.
