40:41A-48.Ā Salary
The salary of the county manager shall be fixed by the board of freeholders; such salary shall be reasonable and commensurate with the fact that theĀ position of county manager is and shall be a full-time position. The salary ofĀ the county manager may not be lowered during his tenure in office.
