40:43-25.Ā Real estate includes sewers;Ā indebtedness for;Ā neither considered in apportionment
The termĀ "real estate" , as used in this article, includes all sewer or other improvements of a public nature so lying entirely within the limits of the newly created municipality;Ā and any indebtedness existing at the time of the creation of said new municipality, incurred for or on account of said sewer, or other improvements of a public nature, shall be and remain the indebtedness of the municipality within whose territory such sewer or other improvement lies, and be its property;Ā and neither said sewer or other public improvement, nor said indebtedness, shall be included or taken into account in making the apportionment and division herein provided for.
