40:45-14.Ā Persons with same name;Ā statement of identification on ballot
When persons bearing the same name are nominated for the same office, eitherĀ person may file with the municipal clerk a statement in writing containing notĀ more than six words as a means of identification.Ā The statement or designationĀ shall be printed upon the official ballot to be used at the election.
