40:48-4.9.Ā Municipalities between 103,000 and 125,000;Ā grants for ambulance or emergency rescue services
The governing body of any city of the second class in a county of the secondĀ class with a population in excess of 103,000 but below 125,000 according to theĀ 1970 Federal census may contribute funds not to exceed $200,000.00 annually toĀ hospitals, hospital shared service corporations, or hospital consortia withinĀ the city for the purpose of assisting such facilities in the maintenance andĀ provision of ambulance or other emergency rescue services with the city.
