40:5-2.4. "General conflagration"Ā defined
The termĀ "general conflagration"Ā as used herein shall be construed, for the purposes hereof, to mean and include:Ā any monetary damage to the improved property of or physical suffering to twenty-five or more families, or both, in any county, whether in one or more municipalities in such county.
