40:54A-10.Ā Competition with public utility prohibited
Nothing in this act or any provision hereof shall authorize or be construedĀ to authorize, the construction, installation, acquisition, maintenance,Ā operation, or sale of any property, plant, equipment, facilities, commodity,Ā product or service by any authority which would be competitive with any publicĀ utility as the same is defined in section 48:2-13 of the Revised Statutes.
