40:60-25.39.Ā  Determination Upon good cause shown, the court may adjudge that the said burying ground orĀ  cemetery has become a public nuisance or is a detriment to the health or moralsĀ  of the people of said municipality, and that the bodies therein should beĀ  disinterred and removed to a more suitable place.
