The governing body of any municipality may create a commission of three persons to be known and designated as the recreation commission of (name of municipality) with power and authority to arrange and provide for the giving ofĀ indoor and outdoor exhibitions, concerts, games, contests and sporting eventsĀ and to charge and collect a reasonable admission fee for each person admittedĀ to any of these divertisements.
