40:61-22.12.Ā Rules and regulations
The governing body of any municipality may by ordinance make, alter, amend,Ā and repeal rules and regulations for the supervision, regulation and control ofĀ all activities carried on, conducted, sponsored, arranged, or provided for inĀ connection with a public golf course, and for the protection of property, andĀ may prescribe and enforce fines and penalties for the violation of any suchĀ rule or regulation.
