40:61-22.27.Ā Rules and regulations
The governing body of any municipality may, by ordinance, make, alter, amendĀ and repeal rules and regulations for the supervision, regulation and control ofĀ all activities carried on, conducted, sponsored, arranged or provided for inĀ connection with a public swimming pool, and for the protection of property, andĀ may prescribe and enforce fines and penalties for the violation of any suchĀ rule or regulation.
