40:62-105.39. Effect of enlargement upon terms of officers and obligations of district The enlargement of any water district under the provisions of sections thirty-seven and thirty-eight of this act shall not affect the terms or tenure of office of the water commissioners or other officers of such water district, nor shall it prejudice in any manner the bonds and obligations, if any, of such water district.
