40:62-105.6.Ā  Annual election in water districts An election shall be held annually in each water district on the third Saturday in February at which the legal voters shall elect members of the boardĀ  of water commissioners to fill the offices of those whose terms expire in suchĀ  year, determine the amount of money to be raised for the ensuing year, and voteĀ  upon any other proposition submitted to such voters according to law.
