40:62-20.Ā Second election
Notwithstanding any previous vote may have been had under the provisions ofĀ section 40:62-15 of this title any question authorized hereby may be submittedĀ to the legal voters of any municipality at any general election whenever theĀ governing body thereof shall deem it advisable.
