40:62-32.Ā Income defined
The income from such station or hall, or both, shall be taken to include allĀ rentals for services performed by such broadcasting station or for broadcastingĀ commercial or semicommercial radio programs, and, in the case of the conventionĀ hall, income from store and concession rentals, income from the rental of theĀ hall, events of all kinds and descriptions, and admissions or all other moneysĀ received from the use of any facility in such hall.Ā If the income as hereinĀ defined shall be insufficient to meet the expenditures as hereinafter defined,Ā the municipality shall in its annual budget make provision for suchĀ deficiencies.
