40:63-101.Ā Use of streets in other municipalities
Such jointly contracting municipalities may construct such trunk or outlet sewers or sewers or drains and all necessary appurtenances thereto through or partly through, under, along and across the streets, highways, private or public lands or lands under water, in such other municipality, in such a mannerĀ however as not to unnecessarily impede travel or navigation;Ā and may enterĀ upon and dig up any street, highway, or private or public lands for the purposeĀ of constructing such trunk or outlet sewers or sewers or drains and appurtenances, or for repairing or maintaining the same.
