40:63-123.Ā Compensation of commissioners;Ā costs of proceedings
The Superior Court shall settle and determine the compensation to be paid toĀ the commissioners and the costs and expenses of the application, report andĀ proceedings, and the municipality shall immediately pay such costs and expenses.
