40:63-135.Ā Bonds;Ā general provisions
The bonds authorized under this article, shall be issued and executed in allĀ respects as provided in and under the provisions of article 1 of chapter 1 ofĀ this title (s. 40:1-1 et seq.).
There shall be raised each year in the tax levy and included in the annual budget of each contracting municipality an amount sufficient to pay the interest, and the principal of said bonds as they fall due.
