40:63-74.Ā Rejection by municipality;Ā notice to interested municipalities
If said board or body shall decide not to join in the construction of the proposed improvement or works, it shall pass a resolution declaring its refusalĀ to join therein, and a copy of the resolution, duly certified by the clerk,Ā shall be served on the clerk of each of the other municipalities interestedĀ therein.
