40:63-80.Ā Contents of ordinance;Ā capacity, use, cost and expense apportioned
The ordinance shall generally describe the route or line, size, capacity andĀ extent of the proposed outlet sewer, sewers, or drains and appurtenances, to beĀ jointly constructed by the contracting municipalities, and of the main or trunkĀ sewers or drains, if any, to be connected therewith, and the size, capacity andĀ extent of the sewer collection basins, sewage disposal or treatment works,Ā plants and stations, if any, proposed to be constructed in connection with suchĀ outlet or trunk sewers or drains, and shall also prescribe and fix theĀ percentage of the capacity of such public improvement or works to the use ofĀ which each municipality shall be entitled, also the percentage of the totalĀ cost, damages and expense thereof to be paid by each contracting municipality.
