40:67-48.Ā Filing copy of ordinance;Ā evidence
After such ordinance becomes effective, the municipal clerk shall file a copy of such ordinance, certified by him, under the seal of the municipality, to be a true copy of such ordinance, in the office wherein conveyances of landsĀ are recorded in the county in which the municipality is situated, and suchĀ certified copy shall be recorded in a book with proper index to be provided forĀ the purpose and entitledĀ "Vacations." The record of any such ordinance, or aĀ copy thereof, certified to be a true copy of such ordinance by the officer inĀ whose office such record is kept, under the seal of the county, shall be takenĀ and received in all courts and places as evidence of such ordinance and theĀ adoption thereof.
