40:68A-18.Ā  Service charge with regard to real property;Ā  interest; lien; enforcement;Ā  collection In the event that any service charge of a port authority shall not be paid as and when due, the unpaid balance thereof and all interest at the rate of oneĀ  per centum (1%) per month accrued thereon, together with attorneys' fees andĀ  costs, may be recovered by the port authority in a civil action in any court ofĀ  competent jurisdiction.Ā  Any port authority shall have power to make reasonableĀ  rules and regulations for the collection and enforcement of service charges forĀ  the use of its port facilities.
