40:68-25.Ā Dedicated revenues;Ā applicability of section 40:2-18
Revenues of any harbor and water-front commission created by ordinance of aĀ municipality pursuant to the act of which this act is a supplement shall andĀ are hereby declared to be dedicated revenues as defined in section 40:2-18 ofĀ the Revised Statutes and shall be subject to the provisions thereof.
