40:69A-67.2.Ā Appointment;Ā removal;Ā salary
The position of housing counsellor created pursuant to section 1 of this actĀ shall be filled by appointment of the council.Ā The housing counsellor shallĀ serve in the unclassified service of the civil service of the municipality, beĀ removable at the pleasure of the council, and shall receive such salary asĀ shall be fixed by the council.
