40:72-1.Ā Commissioners;Ā number
The commission shall consist of three members in municipalities having lessĀ than twelve thousand inhabitants;Ā and of five members in municipalities havingĀ twelve thousand inhabitants or more, subject to the provisions of sectionsĀ 40:72-1.1 to 40:72-1.3 of this Title.
