40:74-10.Ā Petition;Ā filing
A petition signed by electors equal in number to the percentage provided byĀ R.S. 40:74-14 requesting that the proposed ordinance be submitted to the boardĀ of commissioners, or to the vote of the people if not passed by the board,Ā shall be filed with the municipal clerk.Ā The names and addresses of fiveĀ voters, designated as the Committee of the Petitioners, shall be included inĀ the petition.
