40:76-6.Ā Defective petitions;Ā clerk to notify agent
If he shall determine that the petition does not conform to the requirementsĀ of this chapter, then within ten days from the date of the filing of theĀ petition with him the clerk shall personally serve in writing, upon the personĀ designated in the petition as agent of the petitioners, his objections, settingĀ forth in detail wherein the petition is deficient.
