40:81-11.1.Ā Appointments to water commission by municipal council
In any municipality operating under the municipal manager form of governmentĀ law which has established or shall establish jointly with one or more otherĀ municipalities a water commission pursuant to the provisions of sectionĀ 40:62-129 of the Revised Statutes, the municipal council shall appoint theĀ member or members of the water commission to which the municipality isĀ entitled.
